Agreement to Terms

By using NetworkUtility's services, including the Link Shortener, Pastebin, Mailto Generator, LinkHub and vCard Generator, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Failure to agree to these terms will result in immediate termination of the use of the services offered.

Service Description

NetworkUtility offers the following online tools:

  • Generation of short links using the VirusTotal API for security checks
  • Pastebin for sharing text information
  • Mailto link generator that does not store any data
  • LinkHub for organizing and sharing links
  • vCard generator for digital business cards

These services are provided free of charge, but without any guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. NetworkUtility endeavors to ensure a high level of reliability, but accepts no liability for any interruptions or failures.


Each person using the services of NetworkUtility bears full responsibility for the content and distribution of the content created via this platform. This includes compliance with all applicable legal provisions regarding copyright, data protection and other relevant laws. Users must ensure that their activities do not violate these Terms of Use. NetworkUtility reserves the right to take appropriate action if these requirements are not met.

Limitation of liability

NetworkUtility shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, even if NetworkUtility has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Use of the Services is solely at the user's own risk.

Prohibited Use

The use of the Services to distribute illegal or harmful content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the following content:

  • Phishing websites
  • Websites with malware or malicious programs
  • Content that promotes violence, hatred or extremism
  • Misleading or fraudulent websites
  • Links that refer to other link shorteners

All submitted links are filtered through automated mechanisms and manual review to ensure the safety and legality of the content. NetzwerkUtility reserves the right to block links or issue warnings if they violate the guidelines.

Tolerated Use

The creation of links to legal content that complies with the guidelines and laws is permitted. However, NetworkUtility reserves the right to add user warnings to certain content, especially if it is potentially offensive or harmful to minors.

Data entry in tools

When entering data in tools such as Pastebin, vCards and LinkHub, users must ensure that all information is correct and legal. Illegal, misleading or harmful content is strictly prohibited. Personal or identifiable information may only be used with the express consent of the persons concerned.

Copyright infringements

NetworkUtility respects the intellectual property of others and asks its users to do the same. In the event of suspected copyright infringement by content provided via NetworkUtility's services, affected parties may send a notification via the info page of the link. The process for handling these complaints includes investigating the claims, temporarily removing the content in question and, if the infringement is confirmed, permanently removing the content.

Monitoring and Control

NetworkUtility carries out regular checks to ensure compliance with these terms of use. In the event of violations, NetworkUtility reserves the right to remove the content concerned immediately and to take legal action if necessary.

Updates and Non-Commercial Nature

NetworkUtility is a non-commercial service offered with the intention of providing useful tools at no charge. Terms of Use may be updated at any time and users will be notified accordingly. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
